Anyone working for development of people cannot ignore theater. It is one of the most effective tools for changing attitudes – for changing mindsets. Keeping in mind the immense impact theater can have on the communities, Bedari has always made good use of this important development tool. From the very initial days of Bedari’s formation, it formed a group of volunteers trained in basic theater techniques. These volunteers develop scripts, do rehearsals and perform their plays in different communities – urban as well as rural.
